Sorting in material handling

When the number of orders is growing so rapidly and the number of articles per order decrease, automated sorting is a serious option. The result is that that picking area is getting to crowded and movements increase rapidly. The solution: pick in batches, but what am I gonna do with all these articles? Sort them to individual orders. We create sorters for high volume single item products from 1000 – 30.000 pieces per hour.
